Sarah Tiso Awarded Scholarship from Ohio Christian University

Sarah Tiso of Chillicothe, OH and a Music Education major is the recipient of the Arthur and Beatrice Boyer Memorial Scholarship and Ohio Christian University Scholarship from Ohio Christian University.
