Haley Alfrey of Shelby enrolls at Ohio Christian University

Haley Alfrey of Shelby has enrolled at Ohio Christian University in Circleville, Ohio for the Fall 2012 Semester. Alfrey is majoring in Early Childhood Education and is among 225 new students that began classes August 29th.
